The Evangeline is located on five acres of beautiful Grand Pre, Nova Scotia — a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Grand Pre was once the epicentre of Acadian Culture, and now serves as a memorial for Le Grand Derangement, the tragic expulsion of Acadians by the British. The area was popularized in the epic poem ‘Evangeline’, the namesake of our property.

We have a variety of offerings across the property:

18 rooms in the Inn, 5 rooms in Borden house, and the Owner’s House (a four bedroom bungalow house with a private deck).
